Brighter Outlook and FSCE have collaborated to serve Historic Fort Worth's Stop Six Community. We aim to build the community through social/economic development, i.e., rental/utility assistance, workforce development, occupational training, job placement assistance, another chance employment opportunities, health/wellness, financial literacy, credit restoration, affordable home homeownership, and social services.
