This workforce training initiative evolved due to the need for general and skilled construction talent in the workforce. The training provided is facilitated by professional and qualified Instructors and other professional training providers. In return, the need-based training creates a work-ready talent pool for the ReImagine Stop Six project.
- On-the-Job Training (some pay incentives may be available)
Program Design: The Core Construction Training is designed to provide students with on-the-job training and the skills necessary for a career pathway in the construction industry.
This high-demand occupational training begins with an introduction to social development, leadership, and workplace proto ol. The innovative on-the-job training approach will allow students to “Learn and Earn” (LE) by receiving compensation while performing hands-on instructi s. This LE concept will grant students the opportunity to meet personal necessities during the four-week training.
