Program Design: The Core Construction Electrical Training is designed to provide on-the-job training students with the skills necessary for a career pathway in the construction and electrical industry.
This high demand occupational training begins with an introduction to social development, leadership, and workplace protocol. The classroom coursework will focus on residential/commercial construction practices, worksite analysis, workplace safety and electrical theory fundamentals with instructions on grounding, bonding, complex switching and controls.
The innovative on-the-job training approach will allow students to “Learn and Earn” (LE) by receiving compensation while performing hands on instructions. This LE concept will grant students the opportunity to meet personal necessities during the four-week training.
